Luke’s interest in real estate began while working full-time in the music business and renovating properties as a secondary creative outlet in Los Angeles and Montecito, CA. Friends and colleagues began turning to him to represent them in their real estate transactions after seeing the success of his projects. With a rapidly growing business, the former five-time Grammy-nominated multi-platinum record producer and songwriter made the decision to devote himself to real estate full-time. Since then, Luke has represented some of the finest estates in Montecito and Santa Barbara and has been the number one Compass agent on the entire Central Coast of California with sales exceeding $520M+. Additionally, Luke has the distinction of representing the highest-priced sale in both Montecito and Ojai history.

Luke resides in Montecito with his wife, a feisty rescue black lab, and four chickens, and is the proud father of three boys; an artist, an EMT, and a professional polo player. He enjoys boxing, playing music, and taking advantage of all that Montecito and Santa Barbara have to offer; from hiking in the foothills to spending the day at the beach. Devoted to community service and charitable causes, Luke has served as Vice Chairman of the National Board of Directors of The Dream Foundation, the Advisory Board of Notes for Notes, and was a member of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors® Grievance Committee. Luke also founded and leads The Montecito Realtor® Association, an organization comprised of the top 35 Montecito Realtors® initially formed to help the community rebuild after the Thomas Fire and resulting debris flow.

Greg comes to real estate after building a successful career in music as a multi-instrumentalist, composer, songwriter, and producer. He has toured the world, composed for film and television, and produced noteworthy international artists, winning him a Latin Grammy.

Upon moving to Montecito with his wife to raise their children, Greg became enamored with the architectural splendor of Santa Barbara and its surrounding communities. The opportunity to share the historic homes, community, nature, and lifestyle with residents seeking a new chapter and newcomers eager to experience this coastal haven drew him to real estate. Joining the Ebbin Group was a natural next step, as Luke comes from a similar musical background and career trajectory. There was an immediate connection and understanding as the two share a deep passion for music, architecture, design, family, and the joys of living in Santa Barbara.
